Who we are
This site is operated by Addiction Marketing Agency, a trading name of Ignite Now LLC. Our registered address is Ignite Now LLC, 500 4th St NW, Suite 102, PMB 1613, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Addiction Marketing Agency.
We are a business-to-business marketing agency. We work with addiction treatment and behavioral health organizations. We do not collect, receive, store or process patient data, and this website is not a route to treatment. If you are looking for help with addiction, please contact a licensed treatment provider or, in the United States, the SAMHSA National Helpline on 1-800-662-4357.
What we collect
Information you give us
The only form on this site is the free audit request on our contact page. It asks for:
- your name
- your work email address
- your phone number and country code
- your website address
Please do not send us patient information, clinical records or any other protected health information through this form. It is not built to receive it.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we also record your IP address, the page you submitted from, the timestamp, and how you reached the site (the referring source and any campaign parameters in the URL). We use this to understand which marketing brings us enquiries and to detect automated spam.
Independently of the form, our analytics tools record standard technical information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (UK and EU GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to your audit request and any business conversation that follows | Form fields, attribution data | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |
| Preventing spam and abuse of the form | IP address, timing signals, hidden anti-bot field | Our legitimate interest in keeping the service usable and secure |
| Understanding how the site is used and improving it | Analytics data | Consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing |
| Meeting legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations | Contact and contract records | Compliance with a legal obligation |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell, broker or share enquiry data with treatment providers as leads.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data on our instructions:
| Provider | What it does | Where it processes data |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel | Our customer relationship system, where enquiries are stored and worked | United States |
| Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) | Website analytics and tag management | United States and other countries |
| Rybbit | Website analytics | European Union |
| Hostinger | Website hosting and server logs | European Union |
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
International transfers
We are established in the United States, and some of our providers process data there. Where we transfer personal data out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Where we have a contract, we keep the records that go with it for as long as tax and company law requires. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the relevant tool. If you would like your record removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing
- ask us to transfer it to another provider
- withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
If you are in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page or write to us at the postal address above. We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
How this site uses cookies and similar technologies, and what each one is for, is set out in our cookie policy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to our customer relationship system is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted here.
